How Noshies subscriptions work

Choose a delivery every 2, 4, or 6 weeks when you order. Your discount depends on the frequency you pick: 18% off every 2 weeks, 15% off every 4 weeks, 10% off every 6 weeks. The discount applies to every order in the subscription, not only the first.

Billing

Your payment method is charged when each order is created, starting on the day you subscribe. Every following charge happens on the schedule you chose, and we email you before each renewal so nothing arrives as a surprise.

Skipping, pausing, and cancelling

You can skip a delivery, pause, change your frequency, or cancel at any time. There is no minimum number of orders and no cancellation fee.

Manage your subscription from your account, using the link in any order confirmation email. If you would rather we did it for you, send us a message at eatnoshies.com/pages/contact and we will make the change.

Changes take effect on your next scheduled order. If an order has already been billed and packed we cannot recall it, but you can cancel every order after it.

Refunds

Subscription orders are covered by our return and refund policy. Because Noshies are a fresh food product we cannot accept returns, but we will replace or refund any order that arrives damaged, is not what you ordered, or does not arrive at all.
